Looks like a lemon and ginger mead.  Never tried doing mead, takes a lot of time.  I have some unused glass carboys so might be worth looking into a cheap source of honey.  Anyone know of any?
In primary:
In secondary: Wine, Melomel
In keg: Teddy Hopper, Coconut stout, 4 Cs, Buzz bomb, Never Sierra, Bock, OD
In the fridge: Helles Lager, Hob Gob
