You need a big amount, any lactose intolerant friends? They will not thank you and let you know your cider gave them the shits
look at other options as well to back sweeten

havn't pasteurised and was working off wills cider 101 notes, using lactose or malto-dextrin to get body as opposed to using artificial sweetners.
was just experimenting with different methods to see varied results.
any suggestions appreciated
