I started my brewing doing extract kits when I was 17 with varying degrees of success. After I left school I did a brewery apprenticeship at a microbrewery. Since then I've been brewing extract/all grain/biab depending on space available. Currently all grain brewing, mostly European(Belgian/German) style beers.
