I'm in Inchicore. I started home-brewing a few months ago (stovetop, all grain, very small quantities). I've made five brews so far, three or four of which were drinkable! I have just signed up for a brewing night course starting next week, so I'll hopefully pick up a lot of tips for improvement. I've been a "real ale" fan since I went to college in Scotland in the 90s.
