My name is Ruairi. Got interested in GOOD beer when I started working in an Off Licence during college.

Did 2 extract  brews to start off but it wasn't doing it for me. So I 'accquired' a keg, cut the top off and have been stringing together a few all grains for the last year and a halfish.

My set up is a basic kinda brew in a bag one, which is more of a hindrance than a help, so i am in the middle of upgrading.
