Hello everyone, I'm Gavin and iv got the Homebrewing bug....Bad. Iv been a member here for a few months and thought it was about time I introduced myself. Iv got 3 kits done so far and I plan on doing a couple more before I get going with my all grain setup.
Big thanks to Brendan and Kellie for inviting me over last month for a mash day, learned a lot about the all grain process and that you don't need the most expensive setup in the world to produce great quality beer.
Anyone else brewing around Kildare it would be great to hear from you. This site/club is great lads, keep her lit. Gav

When we changed we did a few partial brews using a mix of extract and grain as an intermediate step.
