My name is Malachi and I have recently got into brewing.

I have so far brewed an ale and a pils using basic brew kits but I hope to get more advanced and technical (I am chemist btw!).

Really looking forward to getting some helpful tips and the chance to have some meet-ups post quarantine.

Hey Malachi,

Welcome to the club. You're not alone as the only scientist in the NHC! I'm sure they will make themselves known over time! If you follow a similar path to many of the members you will no doubt have a shed (or utility room in my case) full of stainless steel and grain!

If you have any questions feel free to post, there's a lot of knowledge that members are only too happy to share.
