Whose is it? And what's the twist.... I suspect it's rum?

Probably the best homebrewed beer I've ever tasted, and possibly the best Irish-brewed beer I've ever tasted!

You're right about the rum, but there was also something soaked in the rum, I think Lugh still has some stuck between his teeth.

Name that ingredient and I'll post up the recipe
