Yep, the crystals at the bottom of the bottle will be tartaric acid crystals (known as "wine diamonds" in Germany). Absolutely harmless, just slightly offputting  if you don't know what they are. I've had customers of commercial wines returning the bottle complaining there were "bits of glass" in the wine.

This is also common in expensive reds that need to be decanted before drinking. Just ask your butler to explain.

I am pretty sure its Potassium Tartrate crystalising out of solution.

You sometimes also find them in cans of Red wine kits. They are relatively insoluble.
