Hi there,
I'm based in Cork city as of the past couple of years. I've been brewing on and off for a few years and currently do small (10-12L), mostly BIAB batches on a fairly primitive, but effective, stovetop setup.
Looking forward to meeting a few other brewers when normal socialising resumes!
