These are my medal winning entries and I will leave them on Beersmith for a few months. Honestly I would not recommend anyone using the last two, they are as mad as a box of frogs.

Pineapple in the mash, treacle, molasses, brown sugar, "lapsang souchong" and Nelson Sauvin?!?!?


And an engine part from a UFO that crashed outside of Cork!  (Well, that's not in the recipe, but it might as well be!)  ;-)
