The Belfast club meets have been a bit disorganised and inconsistent. I've had a look at other clubs and they host their meets at the same time every month and whoever can make it puts their name up.
To make it easy I propose we agree to meet in the first week of every month. The day will always be the same but we'll vote on the day to maximise potential attendance.
