Heading down to Dublin for a long weekend this week. My partner loves sour beers, any recommendations for bars in Dublin that serve some?

Any of the galway Bay pubs will probably have them. The porterhouse in Temple bar stocks boon gueze etc. You're gonna pay a serious price for them though. Usually around €8 euro a bottle.
