Title: Brew Shops
Post by: Nibrewer on July 18, 2015, 11:33:38 PM
Hi there is there anywhere else other than Natures way to buy home brew kits etc. I was told of a chemist somewhere in Belfast City centre but I cant remember the name or where it is. I think it began with a W.

Thanks Nibrewer

Hey Nibrewer, Nature's way used to have a small shop in Smithfield market out the side of Castle Court but that shut down around this time last year. I don't know of any other walk-in shops, but there's also Hillstown Farm shop who have an online site geterbrewed.com who are based up in Randalstown. I've used them a few times and they're quick to deliver. Think I ordered before 2pm and got delivery next day down in Forkhill. I haven't been up to their shop in Randalstown so I don't know if you can walk in and see what all they've got....

You can just walk in. I live close to them and they are great. Less expensive than Natures Way and just dropped a few quid off my Grainfather the other day.

I've used hillstown, if you want something specific you're best ringing geterbrewed the day before to make sure it's in the shop, they'll leave it there for you, particularly if you need grain or hops. The shop has the basics like fermenters, siphons, cappers and beer kits all the time.
