So have two beer fermenting at the moment. One extract and one all grain. Extract one was bubbling away like crazy and when I had to dry hop it I saw a layer of bubbles on top cause of the CO2. Fine. But the all grain one wasnt bubbling much at all, had no layer of bubbles and when tasted had very little carbonation.. took reading and was at 2.43 abv after 5 days so is fermenting but still really worried about it.. any tips or suggestions..
Tell us a bit more about the 2 beers pup. What sort of beers are they, what yeast did you use, whats the OG, etc
