http://www.loc-line.com/ is the correct name for the product and is available on amazon, I came pretty close to using it for herms and sparge before I got a better solution.

Made by a guy on Jims who hasn't done them for a while 25stg, its screwed onto a keg spear which is capable of being lowered and raised to just below the mash level or above when sparging.

Thats a pic of sparge and you can see I had Oats husks as it was a wheat beer, just to the right you can see all the "fines" from the herms process.

Probably an over precaution but mash gets a stir and a 90 degree turn half way through which allows me 85-92% efficiency depending on the beer
A return hose moved around is just as good
