Title: Sensory training, with the actual source aromas (working title)
Post by: dcalnan on July 27, 2015, 08:43:32 PM
I was thinking about what we were talking about at the meet up, about having a tasting with all the aromas that are associated with beer as someone said they never have smelt an actual grapefruit or tried it. I was googling and couldn't much about what were hoping to do, so I looked up flavour wheels and found this one.

Most of the hop aromas would be easy enough to source, but when it comes to grain it might prove trickier. Are people still up for doing a meet up like this? There will be a lot of organisation involved with sourcing everything for it, but I would mind stepping up to the plate for it.
