I normally use carboys but not enough headspace for these monsters so a couple of Alpack buckets with holes drilled in lids, cleaned and sanitised

Concrete shed, I don't! Yesterday ambient outside 20, in shed 14.5, even when ambient went up to 26 outside it didn't go above 21
Altitude also has my ambient between 2 and 3 degrees colder than sea level which also helps.
I was planning on using in only 3/4 of the year but the shut summer we have had this year I've had beer in it the whole time
