Title: Courier e-mails

I know one of the couriers that one of our home brew shops use send an e-mail confirming a delivery time.

For the love of me I can't find out which one!

Who is this shop?

As i ned the e-mail notification for the time being

It's dpd and HBC, in fact don't they all use dpd?

HBC 100% with DPD  delivery

If i am not mistaken i think they also send you a text when it is out for delivery ? ;D

We use Parcelforce worldwide as our courier and they use GLS in Ireland. We try to operate on a next day service and if we have the customers mobile number we add it to the Parcelforce system and they should keep the customer updated about delivery information via text and email.
