I've had a  couple of lovely saisons recently (Eight Degrees, To Ol) that had a lovely citrus/fruity flavour that I really liked.  Eight Degrees used Nelson Sauvin, not sure about any of the others.  I've just done one myself and added 50g of Citra at flameout - although the batch smelt very strongly of Citra during fermentation, it doesn't come across too strongly in the beer itself, so dry hopping sounds like a good plan.
