Post by: Olli77 on September 12, 2015, 04:32:31 PM
Hi all just joined forum. Have being brewing elder flower champaign for a few years but am new to beers. Looking for advice I have a few or the standard kits larger in a can to start off with and all the kit gear. Just wondering if anyone could give me advise in what I could add to the brew to make it a bit unusual. Like hophouse 13, blarney blonde. Etc flavour the larger cheers olli

Basic instructions for the larger is add contents of can to barrel and hot water sugar make up to 23 litres and add yeast. Leave for 7 days until bubbles stop. When should I add our recommended ingredients to the brew and what type of flavour does it add (citris/ frutty/etc)
