Title: Brewing Additives
Post by: Ozbrewer on September 13, 2015, 12:48:55 PM
For those that use brewing additives / salts etc for modifying your water profile.

I have a small tub of Calcium Chloride, Gypsum, Citric Acid and a few others. They all have expiry dates on them, most of which are past their expiry by 6 months now.

Do these things really expire? Should I replace them?
