Its great.
Lots of good recipes and the front part has a selection a recipes for spent grain.
I've got her 'Irie in a Jar' Irish Red Ale in the fermentor at the moment.
In which case I'll add it to my Wish List. Santa can buy it for me :)

About one week in the fermentor.
I had a few bottles at 10 days conditioning and it was fine.
The one in the pic is 14 days and it is lovely.

did you bottle straight out of the primary then?
so 3 weeks in total?
About 3 weeks give or take.
