I'll also be starting a kit hack at noon.
Either my 40point Witty Orange Witbier or a Hoppy English Bitter.

Great day, and a quick one too. Thanks to all that came out to give a hand!

Brian asked me to throw down the recipe so here's what we ended up doing.

1.5 lbs. (0.68 kg) Munich malt
3.5 lbs. (1.6 kg) organic carrots (24, to be exact)
15 AAU First Gold hops (first wort hops) (2.0 oz./57 g at 7.5% alpha acids)
15 AAU Challenger hops (10 mins) (1.5 oz./43 g at 7.5% alpha acids)

How are you using the Carrots?

If I remember correctly:

The carrot peel was added to the kettle at about 10 - 15mins to go.

The carrots were put into a juicer (like the one in the pic) and the juice and pulp were added to the FV when the wort was being transferred from the kettle to the FV.

And thanks to everyone at the FW for the welcome I got  :) It was my first time seeing an AG brew.
