As Maiden City Brewers was just to get the ball rolling, are there any suggestions?

Back in the 1980's there was a micro brewery in Derry called the maiden oak brewery. A good name to temember it by.

Their old registered address (9 Shipquay St) is a beautiful building! I wonder where the brewery was located.

Yeah, taxi drivers tend to talk about it, but there's no agreement on what the brewery was actually called, or where it was, or when.

Big city for distilling for a while too, with some spooky stories to go with it.
