Title: acid blend???

Doing a jack kelliher  elderberry wine recipe and it has acid blend and pectic enzyme in it, are these easily got or substituted??.
Hope to do this tomorrow evening so a trip to anywhere other than my shed isnt an option.

The pectic enzyme is important... The acid blend I'm led to believe can be added later. Any of the home brew shops have them...

They are easy got, pectolase clears it. Acid blend balances flavour. Keller is the man IMO

so is pectolase and pectic enzyme the same thing???
