Looks decent though description is a bit hard to follow. Kind if looks like it's either heating or cooling not both.

Yep it only performs 1 function, folks on Jims suggested those sockets aren't legal in uk either?
I can see attraction if you weren't electrically minded to do an stc and why in Wicklow we offer that service foc for the local boys and girls.
