Just to check ... are we sure that it's happening here as well? Or is it just UK?
I'm not a shinner but 90 Irish craft producers ... :(
Sure what dya expect from Wetherspoons...?
Actually they were selling quite a bit of Irish Craft, just seems a shame to be throwing that into you exciting and all as it is!
Anybody know is this just a UK festival or what beers will be over here, thinking of hitting Blanch on Saturday.
Anything on Beoir about it?
i happen to be off on tuesday :D

the last few festivals in spoons have been on over here as well. the beers rotate so if there is a perticular beer you want it may take a repeat visit or a trip to a different pub to find it.
Sure what else would you be doing on a random Tuesday night.

Simon, for your missus that's 10/20/2015 ;)
Just use programmer speak and keep it as 2015/10/20 :D
I'm dealing with septics everyday of the week. Everything needs to be mm/dd/yy. And I put Zs where I should be putting Ss
Use UTC and ISO 8601. I have a habit of forcing all our clients to do that, or they can go take a running jump with their data :)

Will keep you informed.
Anyways attached is their menu for the 2 weeks. Had a very nice American IPA which was not on the list. A lot of the stuff is in bottles.
Still laughing at the title of this thread like it was a national crisis or something ;)
Nice recon Prof. Big show on a quiet Tuesday night may do wonders for your NCB cause!

Great Beers and great value: 3 1/2 pint samplers for €2.50 cannot be bad.
Also we were all impressed by the sheer quality of the cellaring of the cask beers: Spot ON!
5 pints 13.50 was an interesting experience and its been a few years since I've done that
Beer quality was solid apart from 1 which was heavily smoked
Interesting business model and that was the discussion of the evening As McDonalds is to food Wetherspoons are to beer.
Similar presentation, bright lights 5 tills at counter, layout etc
Food was ok, yes just ok.
Not something personally I'd want to do every night but represents great value for money and if thats your driver this is the place
Interesting process for strip down and care of the taps all positive at the end of the night
Most importantly great to meet again the NCB'ers "West" and talk shite about Beer, Cider, Bread and Bees.
