Title: Sibel Training
Post by: Will_D on October 19, 2015, 10:14:47 AM
As mentioned at the last meeting we need to hold the training session before the exam on Sunday Nov 15th.

I suggested we hold it in the rugby club from say 10 on a Saturday. There are 12 flavours to get through and we should manage them by about 12:30

Looking at the dates available Novemeber 7th may be a good date as long as it doesn't clash with the main exam training!

As far as I know this is a club activity, so don't see any reason why not.

Just heard from James that there is a mock exam for the BJCP course on Saturday the 7th.

I would suggest we move to Sunday 8th from about 3 pm.

So what think ye all?

Err, sure. I may be in trouble at home, but it's for the exam right? ;)  Will bring the car and just sniff- it's enough for of flavours.

Sunday's are much better for me. Bit more politically correct drinking at 3 o clock in the day rather then 10am

Would sunday the 1st be outraguous?

It would be nice to do the off flavourings prior to the mock exam.

to save Will the hassle we can all meet up at the train station at that time.

Ronan .. how are you fixed ?

For those doing the exam,I will bring some examination scoresheets and some homebrew for evaluation,
For those not, they can sit and mock us as we make fools of ourselves !

Good day. Interesting how some of the off flavors improved or were hard to pick up in the Coors light.
