Is it worth trying to get some text saying something like, homebrewing in fingal or homebrewers club or north co. Dublin s first homebrew club,  in  somewhere on it, just to give us a bit more identity???

After the meet last night we decided to sort this once and for all. Chatting on the WhatsApp group this morning, we put up the following options. What you think?

All of these can be made into different sizes and types for t-shirts, beermats etc as well, once we have the text and taglines.

I like the first one best but all 4 are excellent.

for me it's #1.

I'd rule out the second one straight away. Too boring.
I like 3 and 4 a lot. But because it's so black it's hard to make out the features unless up close. 3 just looks like wings.

Also I disagree with what was said on the Whatsapp group about the gap between words needing to be in the middle. Looks great the way it is. Bigger "Brewers" though.

Mightn't be as big a deal for Irish comps/fares/what-have-you but for anything international it might be helpful

Not all northsiders are from Dub ... most of us are from Swords/Malahide area.

That's still Dublin though isn't it? Or are we into Louth/Meath territory? Sorry, my geography of the area isn't great...

Ok let's push this along. At the last meet, Will and myself were chatting and agreed on the below logo. Now we just need some tag lines and the formats we want to see the logo in and we can push ahead.

Align sure, but I don't think it looks as well without the ^^^. I'll center the gap in the text around the ^^^ symbols and it should look more symmetric. I'll also do a quick mockup without the symbols and let people pick which they prefer.

Well I for one like the ^^^ and vvv it gives the raven an edgy feeling.

Just like us brewers in NCB; never relaxed or lazy, we are on the go and on edge all the time

And just like the Coors rocky mountains labels it shows that we have one or two little hills in the north county and also that the backroads roads are crap!

I'm going to miss this chat when you make your decision next year

Hehe, no favourites, just giving the people what they want.

So, do I just send the source image to James? What format do you need? I have it in svg for scaling to any size, if that works with the printers.

Also if you want more info on the banner, I need to add that to the image also. If someone can also get the banner dimensions I can mock up a scale model.
