So I think we should start to build up an inventory of what people have and what we need to be ordering for the project. I'm sure between us we have a fair amount of be ingredients.
When we get the list together we can finalize a recipe and specs.

Because we are all so close - we would probably make a big starters and split them - or - use the club yeast - but I need to get permission to do that.

Ok, so what's the story with the yeast? Are we going to use MB 514 or US-05?

There just MAY be a QUICK GB of Irish malts from MCI!
Check your stock and watch the Private GB Thread You will have to move QUICKLY if you want to avail of this i.e committ and pay sytraight away!
