For those of you following my ranting and raving i still have not placed the damn order yet :o Could not make up my mind whether to add sugar or dme or what so i decided that since i was brewing coopers Irish Stout i would consult coopers site and see how they do it: http://www.coopers.com.au/the-brewers-guild/how-to-brew/stout/irish-stout
Now if i had only bloody steadied myself and done that in the first place i would not have had to ask so many silly questions and i would have saved myself some worries ::)
Anyway i hope my trials and tribulations will help someone else and i will keep this thread updated on order progress and brew progress as things happen ;D
The one change i am going to make to coopers recipie above is instead of using 300gr dextrose and 500gr light dry malt i will be using a 1kg packet of coopers brew enhancer 2.

That sounds fine.
BE2 is just a mix of the dextrose, maltodextrin and light DME.

Go for it and get brewing.
Should this thread be over in the kit Forum?
