Anyone have any suggestions other than "South Dublin Brewers"? I think "Godfrey & Tristan" has to go, as hilarious as it is......

Maybe someone could come up with a witty acronym-based club name? A few existing American clubs:

QUAFF - Quality Ale & Fermentation Fraternity
DOZE - The Diablo Order of Zymiracle Enthusiasts
WIZA - Whidbey Island Zymurgy Association
