Title: Spud
Post by: Spud395 on November 25, 2012, 12:53:04 AM
Not new , but never give up a chance to post.

Shane from Wexford. Love the outdoors and beer.

Mountainbiking/kayaking/fishing followed by a good pint makes for a great day. All the better if you brewed it yourself!

All grain brewing now for nearly 3 years.

Making the gear is nearly as good as making the beer  ;D

Well done to Shane who has just landed the job of head brewer (announced today) for Corks newest brewery, Rising Sons which opens in June.
Another homebrewer turns pro. :)

Still using the Mashtun from your design that you documented last year.  Just recently added a home made false bottom.  Where have you been hiding :)

Made some deadly beers with it including my first all grain, an 11.5kg monster of an RIS :) Best of luck with the new job.
