Title: European coopers kit

Hi all. I've  a european coopers lager kit on since last night. I'm going to leave it ferment for 2 wks and bottle it then was hoping to have it at Xmas which would leave it bottled for 5 wks is this enough time!!?. or should i put on a  different  batch for xmas!.any  comments greatly appreciated cheers

think that comes with real lager yeast so watch the temp try keep it low.

Thanks oconn. yeah it is real lager yeast and it currently  19 deg so hope it OK

if it's real lager yeast you should have it at about 12-14C or else you'll get weird flavors in your beer

Good info on that link many thanks lordeoin!! I'll bring temp down to closer to 14 deg
