I have spider beer, it's pretty manky, I can bring a small bottle for a taster
BUMP!
Have to blob lads sorry, the curse of the brewing classes, work in the way again have fun.
The spider beer is fine, be prepared to be webbed.
Can't make it. Enjoy
Well what an amazing night out.
Massive thanks to Fowler's for the food, T-ees and glassware!
Plus some excellent homebrews and great craic!
The next meeting at Fowlers will be on the 5th Tuesday of the December month i.e. 29th
More detailed minutes to follow!
Looks like a few more visits to thank the bossses are in order!
Colms beer was probably the best of the night, nigels beetroot beer wasnt bad and the spider beer was drinkable !
Marks Imperial stout was pretty cool, but a little boozy, and thats all I remember !
Great bag of swag to bring home !!
There was no beetroot in my beer. I believe that is a copyright of another NHC member.
Fruit of the forest for me.
Outstanding night last nigh.
Many thanks to Fowlers for the food and the gifts. The 1/2 pint glass and the Tee have been taken by Mrs D!
Also some great beers were sampled.
By way of minutes:
1. Club logo and banner. Great work from Colm already, we are nearly there. Reminder to James to set us up an email address so we can get that up on the banner. Also we need need Tees and Polos. Who can co-ordinate this?
2. Next Fowlers meet will be on the 5th Tuesday of the month- thats the 29th of December. Might even be a brew day in someones garden (watch out for PMs)
3. Christmas Party is booked into the Boro
4. We will discuss this some more at TOSH on the 8th but there was a consensus to try the Boro in January at least.
