How do you control the temp of the conditioning cupboard? Heat bulb like the fermentation chamber?

I've seen it in the flesh it's a thing of Beauty and that conditioning drawer is something else, it's like a bakers proving drawer for bread, also keeps his boxers in it to avoid thermal shock in the morning.

How do you cool? My fridge has to do quite a bit of work the first few days of a fermenation as it really throws out the heat.

The whole thing is insulated with 25mm board and the top half has a striped  down fridge in it. The cooling grill is at the back and the cooling pipes are pinned to the wall behind the conical. I can get temp down to zero no bother.

I really like the stainless fermenter, I'm using my chamber for heating for the first time. Have a saison I need to finish in it, and have to bring it up to around 28.

Taking apart a fridge is a great idea, if i ever need another chamber I might consider that.

Ah fridge taken apart, nice idea. I've been wondering how to do a similiar conversion to my line cooler to instead make a keg cooler from insulation...
