I've got 5.5kg of buckwheat looking to brew a gluten free beer anyone got any tips on a recipe?
Not too sure if this link is any use to you.
http://www.glutenfreehomebrewing.org/advanced_malting_tutorial.php
It explains the malting of buckwheat and other gluten free alternatives. I've 4kg of buckwheat myself and wanted to give this a go when i've a spare second, so maybe over christmas. Just to also say i haven't tried anything like this before or brewed with buckwheat. You could also try here for some tips http://www.homebrewtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=164
Have a look at this product, it's gluten reducing. Do a bit of research first though, I'm not sure if it's suitable for people with serious gluten intolerance.

Also, looks like a good study done here:

If you are brewing for Celiacs you must get a gluten testing kit to be sure.
There may be gluten contamination in GF free grains milled in a plant that just did wheat.
A bit like peanut allergies. Even a trace can put people in hospital.
The ones I have seen come from the states and are not cheap but will perform accurate tests:
For example:
https://glutentox.com/product/gluten-test-kit/glutentox-hometest-for-gluten-at-home/ (https://glutentox.com/product/gluten-test-kit/glutentox-hometest-for-gluten-at-home/)
Just make sure they are a gluten testing kit and not a gluten allergy test kit!!
