Have a great holiday everyone.
As you can probably tell I have had a few samples of our barrel barley wine. I now have a nice glow sitting in Dunphys  drinking Galway Hooker, what a come down need to get back to the barrel!!!

Happy Christmas guys. I have found this forum a great help during my first full year as a homebrewer.
