Title: How to Make Vermont/NE IPAs
Post by: SlugTrap on January 05, 2016, 04:03:35 PM
Fascinating post/thread (http://www.themadfermentationist.com/2015/10/softer-juicier-and-uglier-apa.html) for anyone who wants to make IPAs like Heady Topper.

Oats, hopping during primary, soft water - there are some tips there that run contrary to most conventional wisdom on how to build a hop bomb.

Worth a read.
