Title: Re-pitching Notthingham from cider to beer?
Post by: Yenren on January 09, 2016, 02:22:58 PM
I have 3 single gallons of cider at OG 1.065, 1 was pitched cold (drinken nd brewen  :P ) I also have 15L of Graf OG 1.60ish all fermented with Nottingham. I am wondering would it be ok to re-pitch the yeast to future beers. I also have an imperial stout in the 1.100 range is yeast comming from this gravity suitable for re-pitching to lower gravity beers?
