Title: Suggestions for a kit similar to Blue Moon
Post by: Parabellum on January 18, 2016, 09:01:13 PM
Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions for a kit that would produce a beer similar to Blue Moon?
It'll be my second batch so if anyone has a straight forward recipe or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Ronan

It's a Belgian wheat/wit/white beer - any kit that proclaims that and you should be close.

I did this witbier kit years ago, and I thought it was decent. Not cheap though..

Although I can't say how close it will be to Blue Moon for your tastes. It's extremely difficult to clone beers using kits, but you might get a result that's in the same ballpark.
