Title: Hack help
Post by: Lee on January 19, 2016, 11:59:10 AM
I'm new to hacking so don't want to mess it up. I've a coopers dark ale kit, spray malt, a 500g bag of roasted malt and 100g of fuggles. What I'm going to do is add 250g of the roasted malt at the beginning and then about 2 days before bottling add the fuggles. Is this the right way to go?

What kind of beer are you aiming for?

Dark ale is what I usually do. I'm trying to get something like youngs double chocolate.
