Title: Stock Levels
Post by: RobShamrock on January 29, 2016, 11:47:03 AM
Sweet Jesus, did a quick stock take yesterday evening and a bit of a tidy, was quite surprised at the amount of stuff I've accumulated in the last number of months. I've already bottled a Muntons Midas Touch,

as per the other thread I've a dodgy Muntons IPA with a no start ferment on the go

and I discovered I've enough to complete 8 more brews with the stock I have to hand at home.

So its going to be a busy couple of months

Stock to hand

Muntons Smugglers Ale,  Youngs  American Amber, Youngs America IPA, 2x Coopers APA, 1x Coopers Bitter, 2x Coopers Canadian Blonde,

a huge pile of hops and plenty of yeast, also came across  7.5kgs of DME,

I'm going to be very busy

It's amazing how quickly this stuff accumulates.
My chickens appreciate my overstocking of speciality grains  ;D

Plenty of them in the storage box too LE, any advice on the stuck fermentation dilema and the double dose of yeast
