Didn't get entry in in time, the 400 entries were already in unfortunately. Will have to keep an eye out for more comps.

Next year there will be a cap on numbers allowed by entrant so no excuses as you lads deffo have the standard

I entered my coconut stout (very much last minute...thanks to CH for collecting the bottles) and it looks like I've won! Category 16 Gold medal!

Could use an excuse for a trip to Dublin!

It's always a good day's craic regardless. There'll be plenty of club members there, plus a few professional brewers who'll stick around after judging for a pint or two. And we'll have a medal ceremony so you can pick up your gold medal even if you don't win best beer. :)

It's probably posted somewhere, but do all gold medal beers go into the BOS or only those above a cut off score? just wondering.
