Title: gwp saniser
Post by: wartotojas on February 15, 2016, 09:09:40 PM
http://www.zenith-hygiene.com/ZhsTest/docs/SBC/GWP/TIS/TI_4N_HARD_SURFACE_SANITISER.pdf

Would anybody know if this stuff could be used in brewing?
I believe it's most likely not a good idea to use it but just chancing as I ran out of sanitizer and could get this stuff at work and save myself a hassle to get some proper stuff for my next brew.

Thanks

I would say yes it can.

It is howver a must be RINSED product when used in food equipment.

Would like to see the MSDS sheet as a final bit of info.

It also takes 5 minutes contact time compared to starsan's 30 seconds and bleach&vinegar's 12 seconds
