Title: Best Beers for 5 for €10 or less

its a couple of Fridays before pay day  :-[ :-[, imo these 5 beers are the best in the under €2 category and readily available.

(5)o'sheas pale ale        (aldi)
(4)o'sheas amber ale     (aldi)
(3) Guinness West Indies Porter  (anywhere)
(2) Grafters Pale Ale      (Dunnes)
(1) Revisionist Rye Pale  (Tesco)

Thoughts people?   Am I missing any

RRP from tesco is €2.99 a bottle in Limerick. No 5 for €10 offer. Is it 5 for €10 where you are. One of my fav beers at the moment.

try the Crafty Brewing co beers from Lidl, they're great @~€1.80 per 500ml bottle (ipa ~€2.50)

I like the Smithwicks pale ale, usually €2 in Dunnes or Lidl.
Grafenwalder in Lidl.  I prefer the Hefe but they do a pils aswell. I think they're €1.89 when on offer or €2.09 full price.

sorry chris u are right RRP is €2.99. I was just blinded by the taste. one of my favourites

Furstenburg is pretty decent I reckon for a lager. Usually €2 in Lidl

Beamish nitro cans are excellent value for money.

Tesco are doing 4 x 500ml  for 10 on Ohara's

The Galaxy single hop ale is very good.  Hop Adventure.

Last time I was in Dunnes it was 4 for €9.

Proper Job my favourite.

Tesco have a Czech lager at €1.29, use to be 89cent when I started to drink if first.

Corkcrew in Lucan have 4 selected beers for 10, last time, got big bangin ipa, dirtwolf from victory, a cleverman stout from wexford, and centennial ipa form founders, was delighted with myself! Would just get 4 dirtwolf if it was there again, but was good to see big bangin ipa live up to the hype!

I still find Pratzy at 4 cans for five euro impossible to beat.

I'll second the Crafty Brewing Co range in Lidl. The pale ale and IPA are great. The IPA is a touch over 5 for €10 but really is outstanding at that price.

Tried them there recently and would have to agree, great improvement on what they used to be.
