Title: Otters
Post by: Sorcerers Apprentice on April 02, 2016, 09:13:39 AM
I was walking my two glen of imaal terriers by the 12th lock hotel in Blanchardstown and 3 otters ran across the road, they had come out of the canal and we're bypassing the lock gates. A lovely and unusual sight around these parts.
The glen of imaal terriers are lovely dogs but very dog aggressive so thankfully are always on their leads when out walking, or else it mightn't have been such a pleasant experience  >:(

Have seen them in my travels. Love to see wild animals going about their business. Foxes are everywhere atm :)

Glen of Imaal? That's the beige lad, stubby legs, head of a wolf hound.
My old man had one years ago, ate a golf bag, a bicycle saddle, one wheel of a wheelie bin and one kitten.
Monster.

We've a rescue cavalier x and a springer spaniel. The springer is a complete wuss but the cavalier needs to be on the lead as she wants to chase anything that moves. Has a particular hatred of squirrels and foxes.

Likewise, butter wouldn't melt!  :P

Him and his sister chase 6 foot stags, badly.
