Title: Cutting a Stainless Steel Pot
Post by: Stitch on September 10, 2012, 11:05:26 AM
Hi Guys

Anyone know where I can get a stainless pot cut and drilled? I believe it is not an easy task??!!
Looking to get a tap put onto the pot and some holes drilled in bottom of another pot. Any help would be great ;D

Your local ss fabricator might do it for you. A plasma cutter will do it in no time.

Where in the wordld are you stich?
AleMan - not sure whether he's a member on here or not (but hes on that irish beer consumers group forum) but he's in cork and id say would modify your brew pot for you at a good price.

Greats lads I am in Dublin but could organise something with him hopefully. Problem with going to fabricator is they may not fully understand what I am trying to do.

Great will give Chris a call once I have the pots. I don't mind paying for it once it is done right.
