Hi Folks

Been brewing kits, then extract and then moved to all grain about 12 months ago. Enjoying the continual learning curve.

@Tube Thanks. Some good stuff on here. The yeast inventory is a great idea. I've thrown out some strains before because I wasn't going to use them for a while again. Hated wasting them.

@Rossa Among many other things including a garage. The Mrs patience is tested by my collection of buckets.
